Shipping Policy

1. Production and Processing Time

Because each of our items is carefully crafted, please note the following production schedule:

  • Creation Time: Every item is made to order, and the production process typically takes 15–20 business days depending on the complexity of the item.
  • Order Acceptance: Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the production phase begins and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to provide shipping costs for all our customers.

  • Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Delivery Time: Once production is complete and the item is handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes a maximum of 10 business days, depending on your country or region.

3. Tracking and the 24-Hour Rule

To ensure the safety of your order and to comply with our return requirements:

  • Tracking Numbers: We will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Delivery Timestamp: The 24-hour window to report damages or issues (with a mandatory unboxing video) begins exactly at the time the shipping carrier marks the package as "Delivered."
  • Inspection: Please ensure you are available to receive and inspect your order immediately upon reception.

4. Missing or Stolen Packages

We utilize tracked shipping to ensure successful delivery.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Foxywheel is no longer responsible for the package.
  • Claims: If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items stolen after confirmed delivery.

5. International Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For orders shipped outside of our primary hub:

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local government.
  • Compliance: These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
